This is a quiet lodge with quaint little bungalows around a broad lawn in the middle of the woods at the edge of Guernville. It has a wonderful restaurant with chill music (Jazz), quiet ambiance with opportunities to take relaxing walks down to the Russian River. Guernville can get a little busy with tourists in the high season, but it's one of my go to getaways when stressed from work and the daily grind.

This hotel and spa is awesome, especially the suites facing the ocean. Quiet, clean, relaxing rooms, some with spa tubs and allow for pets. Spa, pool and hottub are great for relaxing and you can eat at the restaurant or order in and talk to no-one. Only glitch was artifical christmas smells during the holidays.

For those ND people who like massages, these therapists are the best! Ambience is quiet, lights and music low, and no scents in the massage oils. The therapists are very attuned to your body, whether you like extra deep tissue or Swedish massage, and the price is half of anywhere else.

Company work environment is good because it allows WFH, but its management is conservative (Armenian) and not open or welcoming to cultural, racial, sexual or neuro diversity.
WFH 5 days a week for US employees, which is awesome! The direct Israeli communication style is also awesome. The downside? The CEO, though autistic, always believes he's the smartest guy in the room and will say so, and is highly impatient. For those who dont like their integrity or competency constantly questioned, stay clear!

This is a cute little bookstore with plenty of sci-fi, manga and graphic novels for adults and kids. Lighting and sound are optimal.

Despite the autistic CEO, this is not an autism friendly environment. Sensory environment is pretty quiet and WFH 2 days a week, but the CEO is condescending, narcissistic and rude, preferring spamming the company to criticize employees vs FTF. Stay Away!
